AIAC has partnered with FED Corporation of Ukraine, Providence Group and the Canadian Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine to organize a business development visit to Kharkiv, Ukraine on Saturday, August 31st. The mission will take place immediately after the Moscow International Aviation and Space Salon (MAKS 2013) from August 27 – August 30, 2013.

The visit will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Ukrainian Aviation and Space industry’s priorities and advances, specifically those of the Kharkiv city aerospace enterprises, and why these companies are known on the world market for modern aircrafts, engines, space exploration, turbines and other high tech equipment.

The mission’s organizers are offering a special package to AIAC member companies and Canadian companies participating in MAKS that includes the following benefits:

• 6 Complimentary seats for the round trip charter flight Moscow – Kharkiv. These seats will be allocated on the first-come first-serve basis. Additional seats on the charter flight will be available for a specific fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Canadians are not required to have visa to enter Ukraine. However, once you leave Russia for Ukraine, you will not be able to come back to Russia without the visa. You have two options:

• Return to Canada from Ukraine; or
• Apply for multiple-entry visa to Russia
