Kyiv – September 25, 2014 – Providence Group successfully participated in the International Aerospace Forum which took place in Kyiv during the International Aerospace Salon «Aviasvit –РҐРҐР†». The Forum was co-organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and the State Space Agency of Ukraine. The theme of the Forum was “Ukraine’s Aerospace Industry: Vital to Economic Modernization.”
Volodymyr Paslavskyi, President of Providence Group was the only Canadian company representative to be among the key speakers during the Forum. Mr. Paslavskyi addressed the participants on the subject of «Issues to Overcome in Developing Successful Cooperation» focusing on a legacy problem that exists in the Ukrainian Aerospace industries and underlining the importance of engaging international consultancy agents in overcoming this challenge when pursuing new western market operations.
"Addressing the prestigious group of Ukrainian aerospace companies' executives from the public and private sectors allowed me to share with them very specific steps about entering onto new western markets and maintaining business relations with existing and developing new one with Canadian and/or American aerospace industries and companies. I feel that my presentation left a challenging notion and I hope that the participants will use the information from my presentation when implementing their future business strategies. At the end we want to see more Ukrainian aerospace companies working closely with our western partners," summarized Volodymyr Paslavskyi.

Providence Group held several specialized B2B meetings with our long-term partner Corporation "FED," SE"Antonov", SE"Odessa Aircraft Plant" and other private Ukrainian aviation companies. All meetings were constructive and common interests were found and discussed.
In addition, Providence Group was introduced to Mr. Roman Romanov, the General Director of The State Concern "UkrOboronProm." Opportunities for closer cooperation with Canadian aerospace companies were briefly discussed with Mr. Romanov.
