Canadian Aerospace Summit 2015 #CAS2015

17-18 November 2015 – Ottawa – Providence Group attended the annual Canadian Aerospace Summit 2015 that took place in the Shaw Congress Centre in Ottawa.  The Summit was organized by the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC).

At the Summit, Providence Group represented FED Corporation, a Ukrainian aerospace company that specializes in engine and flight control actuators and systems, IDGs, and “more electric” engines. FED Corporation is a long time attendee of the Canadian Aerospace Summit.

With the assistance of Providence Group, FED Corporation held successful B2B meetings with lead OEM companies. In addition, FED's exhibiting booth has generated many inquires and visitors.

At the Summit, Providence Group also promoted SE Antonov in Canada, a Ukrainian manufacturer of aircrafts and OEM.

"The most important outcome of all these B2B meetings was that FED Corporation agreed with Safran, Thales Canada, Bombardier, Finmeccanica and Pratt and Whitney Canada to continue their cooperation, which is a direct result of our work promoting FED Corporation in Canada," commented Volodymyr Paslavskyi, President of Providence Group, on signing this agreement.

However, the most significant result of the whole Summit was the recognition of Ukraine and its delegation by AIAC in its statements and media-release, thereby honouring Ukraine among such aerospace countries as the U.S. and Brazil.

At the Summit, Providence Group was active on social media, tweeting under its name @ProvidenceB2B.
